"Scam Alert: Avoid This Company"
This company is a total bore, overpriced, and full of red tape. I really wish I hadn’t gone through with my order. I ordered a nest, but they sent me the wrong size. When I asked for a refund, they claimed the 30-day window had closed, but I double-checked and it hadn’t even been that long. It’s been about 13 days since I returned it, and I’m still waiting on my cash back, which I paid a pretty penny for. I seriously regret not checking reviews before buying and wish I had just gone with Amazon instead. I shot them an email with all my proof of purchase, but no reply yet. When they do get back to me, it’s just rude responses telling me to be patient for my refund. What a bunch of liars! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

"An utterly unprofessional business"
This company is just not serious at all. It's been over a month and still no refund for me, despite doing everything they said on their site. They never pick up the phone, and when they do call back, they just hang up if you don’t answer right away. As for email support, all they ever say is that they’re looking into it. When I keep pushing for answers, they just stop replying altogether.

"Had some worries about placing an order..."
I had a few worries about making a purchase from this site after checking out some of the Trustpilot feedback. But honestly, I didn’t need to fret. My experience turned out to be quite positive.
I got a nest cocoon cushion along with a matching car seat blanket. It took about 10 days for the stuff to show up (the company is in Poland, so that explains the wait). The items look to be of great quality, came nicely packaged, and were sent through Royal Mail. The price was pretty good too, especially since some baby cushions can run up to £150. Fingers crossed the items hold up well in the wash; we’ll see!

"I got the Summer Dream with Old..."
I purchased the Summer Dream set made with Old Rose Minky™ fabric, which includes five pieces. They provided me with a Royal Mail tracking number. Oddly enough, it didn’t give me any updates, but the package still arrived. The only issue was a tiny blue ink stain on the fabric. Aside from that, I was pleased with my order.

"AVOID THIS SELLER"
Honestly, I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The item I got wasn’t what I expected at all. I read online that it takes two weeks to get a refund? I sent it back the same day, and here I am, three weeks later, still twiddling my thumbs. Cindy from customer service? Totally unhelpful! She told me the last person had arrived and was just waiting for a check. Can you believe it? Cindy claimed it was stuck with Royal Mail, but it was signed for just two days after I sent it. I made it clear I wanted my money back, and she just sent me a form to fill out, even though she already had my info. I sent the form back, and she still asked if I wanted a refund—seriously, learn to read, Cindy!

Last Thursday, she mentioned that refunds take a few days, and guess what? I’m still waiting. I even filed a claim with PayPal and sent the details to Ofcom.

"Anticipating My Order from the 24th..."
I had been looking forward to my order from September 24th, and the lady responded to my emails super fast. The only thing that could use some work is the delivery speed, as it took a while; I finally got my order yesterday, October 14th. The products I purchased are top-notch and even prettier than what I saw in the pictures. I definitely recommend this site. Just a little nudge to the Jukki team to speed up the delivery, please!

"No need for concern..."
I was hesitant to place an order after checking out the reviews for August, but I gotta say, my experience turned out to be quite good. I got the pastel pink baby nest bundle last week, and it showed up today in the UK—took less than a week! I’m really pleased with how the bedding looks and feels; it lives up to what I expected and aligns with the images on their site. I’d definitely order again after this.

"Avoid This Company at All Costs!"
If I had the option, I'd rate them with ZERO stars. The customer service is terrible, delivery was late with no reason given, and their returns policy is just outrageous, basically robbing you of your cash. They seem to have zero concern for their customers and are only interested in raking in profits, completely disregarding product quality and service. Seriously, steer clear of this company!

"Fraud Alert"
I made a purchase thinking they were a reliable business. After placing my order, I was anxious because I didn’t get a confirmation email. My order status just shows as processing, and that’s it. I reached out via email, but there was no reply. Today, I looked up their details on the government’s Companies House website, and it turns out the company was dissolved back in December 2021! Now, I’m working on getting my money back through my bank. They really shouldn’t be allowed to keep promoting themselves and using that Trustpilot rating to mislead folks. I’m super frustrated; I feel totally ripped off.

"Item never arrived. Total scam."
I placed an order on this site, believing it was a real deal, but it’s obvious that it’s not since my order is still marked as processing after a week. I've reached out multiple times for an update and have received absolutely NOTHING in return. This service is appalling. I'm really not pleased at all. I demand a refund. It's a complete scam and a waste of my cash. STAY AWAY. They claim to be located in Telford, but that’s clearly not the case. What a bunch of scamming idiots. Guess I’ll have to escalate this.
